Wasabi Sushi

Wasabi has pretty decent sushi for the neighborhood. Most importantly, the fish is fresh; however, they did put some kind of fish flakes or sea salt on the sushi rice, which I thought was unusual and not particulary beneficial to the flavor. I could see how it would be off-putting to some that don't enjoy a particularly strong fish flavor in regular rolls. The only other downside to ordering from Wasabi online is that they do not deliver drinks of any kind.That said, it was still good sushi, and it was delivered fairly quickly by a very jovial delivery guy.

i have gone into the restaurant for their 'free saki during dinner' special, and have also had food delivered.. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful. We have ordered many different things, some are ok (ie soba noodle soup = eh.) but some dishes are just plain AMAZING. Definitely try any of their 'specials' . Haven't had a bad experience, ever.

Glaze on the chicken teriyaki was more of a thin sauce than a glaze but was also some of the best quality chicken we've had from a sushi joint. Sushi was on point, gyoza were awesome, and the side salad was a side salad. Give em a shot, one of the better sushi spots in the neigborhood.

Mmm the Unagi was pretty good. The miso soup and salad that came with the lunch box was good too :D. However I did not get my 1/2 of a California roll!!! Oh well I was full by then though, still 4 stars, next time they better not forget it !!!

My food came in under the estimated time, the delivery guy was courteous and nice, and everything was delicious. I picked from one of the most-ordered items on the menu (regular maki), which I had never had before at Wasabi - excellent.

Ok Im giving this place 5 stars- but mostly for their customer service. Seemless messed up my address and so this restaurant went to a different part of town to that address. When I told them it was "street" not "avenue", they came to deliver to my place even though my apartment is not within the area of their delivery. I was shocked that they came. By the time they did, my food was cold, understandably. So I heated it up and it was pretty good.
I got the gyoza which was REALLY good even after putting it in the microwave. It was juicy and tasty. I also got the spring rolls which was soggy by the time it got here but was still tasty despite the sogginess.

This is literally the best Sushi I have ever had and the best ramen soup. In my experience ordering, about twice per week and for many months, it's always amazingly fresh and delicious. Every. Single. Time. I have never had even a single issue which is why I keep ordering, it's super consistent and awesome, like they really care about their customers. It's also well presented and delivery is always on time and the guy is extremely friendly. I recommend Sushi A platter or the ramen soup + a coke. It's always good.

Wasabi is so the best place in the hood for sushi delivery. The sashimi is supafresh and delicious and they are attentive to order modifications. Today I ordered the sashimi bento box without rice or the California roll- didn't ask for a substitute, I just won't eat those things and don't want them to go in the trash. They sent me double salad and extra shrimp shumai- how nice!

The sushi from here is delicious! It takes them a little under an hour to deliver which is completely reasonable since they do have to make each roll individually. Would definitely recommend the "happy roll" . And dont forget to order extra chipotle mayo, I can't have sushi without it!

Really great delivery sushi! No problems with delivery or quality, everything seems to be fresh and is quite tasty. We haven't relied on the other menu items as much (soups, entrees) but the sushi as to be expected is solid. Our go to in Wburg.
